Decipher GRID

The Decipher GRID research-use-only data resource is shared with the scientific community to accelerate discoveries in prostate and bladder cancer.

What is Decipher GRID?

The Decipher GRID (Genomic Resource for Intelligent Discovery) proprietary research-use-only database is designed to help advance understanding of urologic cancers at the molecular level.

The Decipher GRID data resource enables researchers and clinicians to uncover new insights into prostate and bladder cancer biology by providing access to:

  • >360K whole-transcriptome profiles
  • >200K digital pathology images
  • Real-world outcome data
  • A compendium of hundreds of locked gene expression signatures and classifiers

Important

GRID data is for research use only and is not intended to guide patient management.

How Decipher GRID research collaborations work

Decipher GRID data access may require research collaboration agreements. Our medical and scientific teams work with qualified researchers to:

  • Evaluate research proposals
  • Provide technical support for approved projects
  • Execute appropriate research collaboration agreements
  • Facilitate publication of meaningful discoveries

Decipher GRID data resource is considered the largest and most well-annotated urologic oncology gene-expression database in the world.1

  • Transcriptome database of >22K genes for >200K samples linked to clinical outcomes data mined from administrative and medical claims databases
  • Incorporates >400 locked gene signatures and classifiers
  • Digitized pathology slides linked to transcriptomes and clinical outcomes
  • Research insights from >150 clinical trials and industry partnerships

Important

Research outcomes published in peer-reviewed journals contribute to scientific understanding but do not constitute clinical recommendations.
